This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Real Estate Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the individual or entity using the Company's website to schedule inspections, hereinafter referred to as the "User."

Inspection Details:

The Company offers regular inspection days once every month.
For inspections scheduled through the Company's website, a non-refundable inspection fee of 20,000 Nigerian Naira (NGN) will be charged.
Payment and Deduction:

The 20,000 NGN inspection fee can be deducted from the total payment when a location is purchased through the Company's website.
The inspection fee is non-refundable and is only applicable to properties purchased from the Company through the website.
Terms and Conditions:

The User understands and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
The User acknowledges that the inspection fee is separate from any property purchase and is non-refundable.
The User agrees to pay the inspection fee through the Company's website before the scheduled inspection date.
If the User purchases a location from the Company through the website, the 20,000 NGN inspection fee will be deducted from the total payment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellation or rescheduling of inspections must be made through the Company's website at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the inspection fee.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the User from attending the scheduled inspection, the Company may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

By using the Company's website to schedule inspections, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
